May 12-18, 2024  Royal Purple Week

I am writing this letter in appreciation of Ladies of the Royal Purpose on Prince George.
​These ladies have been coming to provide an Annual Strawberry Tea to over 100 seniors in our complex Care Facility for well over 20 years. Every year it has always been very well planned and organized. The ladies are incredibly involved in serving the residents and introducing themselves. I also appreciate the fact that they include retired members that are now in care. They reach out to people that are recluse in their rooms and have some dietary restrictions. This annual event it is very well thought out. They bring their own supplies for the event every year. Everyone gets one something whether they are in their rooms, or their diet does not always allow them to have a regular piece of cake with strawberries. Puts some smiles on over 100 faces. We very much appreciate the time and dedication they put into their annual tea to our Complex Care Facility.

Royal Purple Week 2020 in Alberta

Lac La Biche Royal Purple # 309 would like to thank all the staff at the Waskaysoo Food Bank for all the help they do in the community. In the photo, President Lucille Happner and Secretary Louise Beatch are presenting on behalf of all the members a cheque for $2,000.00 to Nicole Lavallee.

Had a Purple and White Cupcake Parade around Winnipegosis Wednesday May 15th visiting all the businesses and spreading the Royal Purple message.  We handed out free cupcakes, bookmarks and pamphlets to everyone we encountered in the businesses and on the streets. 
We thanked everyone for their support throughout the years and told them of all the donations we make in our surrounding community and the Manitoba Brain Injury Association.
Prince George
We hosted a Strawberry Tea. Here we are serving residents of Jubilee Lodge. We served 160 plates! It was a fun afternoon!
